We were a group of 11 people and this vacation home was very spacious for us all. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the heated pool & hot tub. The boys enjoyed the game room. Highly recommend this vacation home.

The furniture had stains on the dining room table on the dining room. Chairs on the sofa in the master bedroom. There was a poop stain on the floor.<br/>The world there were bugs Crawling all over the place

The property is excellent!! Just a few ants who were residents and enjoyed the vacation with us. I will definitely consider renting a house from this agency again and again!

The spacious home had plenty of room for my family of 12. It was well equipped to accommodate all of our needs. Only 2 concerns:1 the very loud washer needs to be replaced. It didn't spin the excess water from our clothes which caused the drying to be a long tedious task. 2ndly trash pickup up was only 1 time during our week stay which made disposing of trash of 12 people in a week's span made it difficult and inconvenient. Every thing else was excellent and we enjoyed all the accommodations. Gameroom needs some kind of air. It was too hot in June to use.

The property was exactly as described and the location was great! Was very easy to drive to Disney World, Sea World and Universal. Rem from Excellent Vacation Homes was great to work with. We originally were to visit in July of 2020 but had to move our dates due to COVID. Rem answered all my questions quickly and made me at ease with the changes. There is plenty of space in the house and the beds were very comfortable. The community where the house is located is very clean, quiet and we felt safe. Grocery shopping at Plublix is less than a 5 minute drive. Which was very nice! High recommed Excellent Vacation Homes and this house rental.

We had such a great family time. The house was amazing, very confortable and with different spaces for each member of the family. The location was nice. Davenport is very calm and at the same time it is near many points of interest for going shopping, to the parks and restaurants.<br/>The service of EVH was taking their words: Excellent! Rem was very attentive in colaborating all the time. We&#x2019;ll definitely go back.

I spent my 1st 3 days cleaning. The home was not cleaned well. From Kleenex under beds and on floors, toys from others under couch, air return so dirty it was black. Windowsill dead spiders and bugs and dust. In saying this it is cleaned now. I cleaned it and the maintenance that needed to be had been done when I told them. Toilets needed to be fixed, game room was falling apart. Pool needed to be fixed to be able to heat. The microwave we fixed it has a crack. The outside furniture is disintegrating. So please be careful, it&#x2019;s rusty and broken. The staff was nice, fire alarms went off in middle of night. They replaced all batteries. The plumbing wAs screaming, but they fixed that too. I washed the chairs and or seats. White ones are good now but others are so stained. Layout is great, staff was very good, great view and hot tub was very hot when heated. Bedding is now washed and cleaned. Just poor cleaning and for us maintenance.

My family and I had a great time in the vacation rental home we stayed in. It was quiet, a safe, gated area and the house was clean. The kids especially loved the pool and the game room. I only wished it was closer to the theme parks and malls. It was a good driving distance to those areas. But I would definitely rent a home with this company again and tell others about it. So we give it two thumbs up!!!

The house is beautiful and it was spacious for my family and I. The problem the cleanliness. Linens in two of the rooms were dirty. The towels that hang in a bathroom were dirty and used. I had to go out and buy towela. The window sills they have high windows that are full of dirt and dust which is terrible for the children with allergies.I had to call someone about the pool because the pool was dirty but then the manager was very helpful and sent a pool guy out the next day. The management was very helpful about my concerns but the house really needs some TLC the walls are scratched up. The pool screen that separates the table from the pool was bent up and we had to go borrow a pool net from neighbors. With a few touch ups and better cleaning it would have been A1.I had to stay a few more hours because of my flight and I was allowed to stay for $10 a hour

We really enjoy the property. This is a beautiful house with an spectacular view to a lake and a forest. However, the house needs an exterior cleaning (a lot of ants and web spiders) and new paint and carpet at the stairs area. I suggest to the owner to pay attention to the stairs area. You know as soon as you open the door is the first think that you see and it's not giving a good impression.

The vacation home on Rubino Dr. was very nice. My family enjoyed all of the accommodations of this home to the fullest extent of our vacation. Plenty of room for my family of 13 .The home was clean ,well stocked with most of Kitchen appliances that are a must have. Plenty of towels were provided also. The pool upon our arrival needed attention I called the next day and the pool guy was sent right out. Management was very nice and helped with everything I needed. My only negative thing I would say is more tissue is needed in the bathrooms, other than that I would recommend this home and stay here again.

Overall satisfied. Pool heating is necessary in order for the hot tub to work which I ordered upfront, didn't work for the first few days until it was repaired and they were helpful and refunded the lost days. Property could use a better cleaning - top of refrigerator was very dusty as was the main window and tv armoire in the living room. Lots of scuff marks on walls, etc as well.

The home was fabulous and tastefully furnished. Only thing - the iron provided doesn't work so it needs to be replaced. And the photos shows all bedrooms have a TV, however one of the twin bedrooms does not.

We rented the house as an alternative to trying to put 9 people in a hotel. We went up to Disney, Universal, and over to Cocoa Beach. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and convenient to the highways. The property management responded very quickly to my inquires. The private pool & hot tube were wonderful; having the hot tub jets on the outside timer, and the pool lights on the timer right inside was nice. We ordered from Hungry Howies Pizza, because my partner was familiar, but we did not realize it is in the little gas station like right around the corner; they will deliver to the house, and the stuffed crust is very good.

Home was very nice and cleaned. There was plenty of room for the younger kids to run around and have fun. I would say that even though the sectional was very comfortable it needs to be replace the material was peeling off of it, other than that it's a great home and i would rent again !

The pool was great for Florida's summer and the home's AC was flawless. The keyless system to enter the house worked perfectly for a large group. Very accurate description and photos. The game room the pool table is falling apart and need to be updated as well. The hot tube has some issues were the water empty out.
