Master bedroom bed could be updated but not too bad.The two alligators in the pond were an added attraction. The home itself was clean and served our needs with no problems. Communication with any questions was prompt. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Florida. I recommend this rental to any family looking for a perfect getaway.

Rooms are spacious and plesantly appointed. Management company is super responsive and courtious. This is truly a home away from home. We will look to rent this again during one of our next visits to the area.

The vent to the air conditioner was filthy. The light switches and plugs were very dirty. The beds and the living room furniture were not comfortable. We had to have service people come in four time to repair things. If the owners spent a bit of money with maintenance, this place would be great. I realize that it is a rental, but I shouldn’t need to clean when we arrive. If it was updated, and cleaned better I would recommend it.

We rented the house because we we attending a conference in Orlando. Although the house is a bit of a drive (about 30 minutes) from the Orange County convention center (I-drive) it is worth the extra time.<br/>The value for money is excellent with a heated pool and hot tub. Don’t believe what you see in the pictures.

The house and pool/patio are laid out nicely. It has a beautiful view out the back of the pond area. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has a very good security system. Although dated, it’s tastefully decorated and was very clean. However, there are issues. The AC filter was impacted with dust and dirt an inch thick. The house has a bad odor which permeated our belongings. It has structural issues...cracks in the outer wall of the house in the patio area with moss and ferns growing in the cracks...mildew and dirt everywhere. On the inside of the house the wall has water damage along the baseboards and the plaster board is deteriorating. The living room furniture is not the same as pictured and is very uncomfortable as are the beds in the upstairs master bedroom and the bedroom downstairs. The kitchen and dining tables and chairs are very rickety and rather beat up. Only half of the bi-fold doors on the laundry area hanging, the other half are leaning against the wall. Half of the vertical blinds in the dining area over the patio door are missing. Sadly the house is not as pictured in the photos and seems to be left to rack and ruin.

Spacious enough for 8-10 people. Two of the bedrooms with the twin beds worked for our older teenagers/younger adults but are really more suitable for younger children. The lenai with a private pool was awesome especially after spending a day ar Disney parks! The pool did get chili at night even though it was late July/early August so I would suggest paying extra for heating the pool. The kitchen appliances and counters were a little outdated but were more than adequate as we were not there to cook and eat much. There was not a grill that I could find at the property so no grilling pool side.<br/><br/>There is a pond across the street with an alligator and we did get to see it enjoying a meal (wild hog) as best as we could tell!<br/><br/>Disney Parks we’re about 10 miles away but depending on traffic could take about 30 minutes to drive. <br/><br/>I would stay there again because of the space and the outdoor pool area!

Called maintenance and he really didn’t want to come to the house. Also the washer needs to be cleaned, it left white stains on our clothes. Other then those items, it’s a nice place.

Great vacation - Good Location but house needs some TLC

Since we’re from the north, we always look forward to having access to a pool and hot tub. We paid extra for pool heat but should have passed. The pool and spa are only heated to 86 degrees which rapidly cools during the night so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. While described as a hot tub/spa it was really just an extension of the pool with bubbles and too cool to enjoy. The first night we used the bubbles caused the water level to drop drastically in the spa area and move to the pool. We had to stop the bubbles and exit because the water level went nearly down to the jets. Lanai was nice but the screens need some TLC and patches. Some of the items I’ve addressed are minor and the house really is a good rental option for a large group. Four spacious bedrooms, three baths and plenty of community space too. Management calls were handled promptly and professionally.
As an experienced FL renter for over 25 years, our overall stay was good. I would definitely consider other properties by this management company. They really offer great customer service. This is a large, well decorated home situated on corner lot. It is within easy driving between Davenport eateries and Disney plus Kissimmee area too. Convenient location is great. As compared to other properties we’ve stayed, the interior has minor dings and scrapes on walls where luggage was likely dragged that need TLC. There are a few amenities that could use updating. Although there were a lot of utensils in the kitchen we only found an odd collection of glassware. We would have appreciated some plastic glasses or plates for safe use around the pool. There were no pool towels either. We had a very nice vacation at the parks. The house was OK, we paid a little extra and loved the heated pool. But this house did need some maintenance work, and a could use a very good cleaning. Ants were a real nuisance. Got into our cereal boxes, and covered Thanksgiving pies! Construction waist and old furniture left in garage. Several ligts were out, and a couple outlets didn't work. We've stayed in many rentals homes, and have never consider ourselves to be very picky people. It was a good home but the ants and unclean areas were enough to make us check out a day early and head home to NC.<br/>Can't say I would use this home again, but the company staff were very friendly, and did what they could. Also we need to remember that a hurricane blew threw this area about 6 weeks earlier, so they may be trying to catch up on all the needed repairs in all the homes.

The house was really nice and we had a pleasant stay. Just wasn't clean. We could see clearly the the cleaning job was not done. There were a couple minor issues and I called the office and they were taken care of within 24 hrs. All one has to d is read the provided binder of information provided and it spells it out from check-in to check-out. The property was well maintained and the home in great shape. I would recommend this company to any and all my friends. As a matter of fact I can't wait to visit Fl again and use this company to provide me housing. Chris was friendly and very eager to help with any issue I found.(only two minor ones). Highly recommend staying in this home and enjoying the great pool and hot-tub.

Our 4 week vacation in Bridgewater Retreat

The villa is a nice size and comfortable with all amenities needed for a vacation. We were pleased with the pool /lanai area which overlooked a lake where we'd occasionally sight a gator, turtles over the other side of the lake and we'd be visited by cute sand cranes which would be seen regularly around the estate. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. The management team were very helpful prior to our arrival, answering all queries promptly and fully. A management team member called round prior to hurricane Matthew to make sure that we were aware of it and had taken correct precautions.

I would have liked to be asked if I wanted the pool heated in advanced, not knowing it was optional. Also, I would have liked to park inside the garage (but this may not be standard so it's OK). The front door keypad was very hard to use, but not a huge issue either. Other than that, this BLEW away any hotel room. The privacy and multiple rooms made us feel like it was "our" home. We will certainly use again!

I feel the property itself has all that is required to make your stay comfortable whether eating at home with 2 Publix supermarkets for supplies within 2 miles or at a number of good local restaurants within 3 or 4 miles.
We very pleased with our location and we would recommend this property to our friends should they want to visit this area of Florida.

The villa has been furnished to a very good standard. When entering the villa you step from the hallway into the spacious family room, with music center, flat screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. The formal dining area is right next to this family room. On your left hand you will find the well-equipped, semi-open kitchen. Next to the kitchen you will find a breakfast nook. The one downstairs bedroom is found on the right side of the villa, accessible from the hallway. This bedroom has a Queen bed, cable TV and a closet. The bathroom right next to it has a vanity, shower and toilet.
Once upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with 2 Single beds, smart TV, and a closet. Next to this you will find the bathroom with one vanity, shower and toilet. This bathroom is shared with the next bedroom that also has 2 Single beds and a closet, plus smart TV. Last but not least, you will find to the right the Master bedroom with King bed, large walk-in closet and the en suite bathroom with dual vanity, large garden tub, walk-in shower and toilet. This room has a smart 32" flat screen TV.
The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for the few colder days.
The semi-open kitchen is well fitted. It includes a full size oven, counter top microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home.
Near the dining area, through the sliding patio doors, you have access to the inviting pool area, with a great view onto the large pond which is lined with tall trees behind it. Pool deck chairs allow for late night, pool side relaxing. The pool & hot tub can be heated separately, which is optional, at an extra cost.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the villa, which are located in the laundry closet next to the breakfast area. Iron and ironing board are present too.
