it was great location and very nice area. A lot of kitchen supplies are not there like a spatula, measuring cups, and so on. The neighborhood pool was super cute and relaxed!

Excellent location and proximity to the ESPN Wide World of Sports for our soccer tournament. All convenience needs wereclose to (ie; Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, etc)..Perfect spot for 8 of us!

Excellent resort location, but unit's location backed up to apartment parking lot. Enjoyed stay and would book at the Fountains again.

Overall we had a good experience with 10 people staying in this condo. The area was nice with everything you need and the pool was never crowded. The host was easily accessible when needed. The home does need a good cleaning. When we pushed the couch back to pull out the bed, there was candy stuck to the floor and a clear spill that had not been cleaned in a while. The carpets in the bedroom and going upstairs are in need of a good cleaning. There were not enough towels with 10 people staying in the house which is what it sleeps. In the kitchen they did not have any hot pads, dish clothes, dish towels, and not enough dishware. Overall we had a good trip.

The showers drained very slowly, which caused the tubs to get and stay very dirty. The air conditioner did not work for majority of the stay. If the air went under 76, it froze up. The house was hot for majority of the seven day stay. The microwave only worked occasionally.

This was my second time staying at the house. This time the house was not clean upstairs the tub had a ring around it with a foot print I never experienced that before. It’s very hot and uncomfortable in the downstairs bedroom.

The place was great, clean, well equipped and beautiful.<br/>Any communication with management was resolved immediately.<br/>We had perfect weather and used the pool everyday. It was quite cold, <br/><br/>

Great space with living area and bedrooms. Great location within complex as it was easy walk to pool and hot tub area. Pool area very good; comfortable and inviting with beach entry pool. Location in general was difficult to access at times due to surrounding roadwork construction. Would have liked a little more flexibility to adjust AC cooler. Ceiling fans for this unit would have been helpful.

It looked exactly like the pictures. Master downstairs great for elderly walk in shower. Only thing toilet a little low. Needed a pull up bar. Pool was great. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Close to Disney. Would definitely recommend!

This property was everything it said it was! More than enough room for me and the family. Will definitely rent from them again.

My sister owns here so we got it for additional space. Furniture is all original and needs updating. Not cleaned properly. The first 3 glasses from cabinet were dirty, cookie sheet was dirty, still had baked on food from last person. There were no dish rags in kitchen to even wipe counter. And it is unreasonable to require keeping thermostat on 75, especially in Florida. Your guests should he comfortable. One thin blanket to cover up with as well in master. It wasn't bad overall, just clean it properly and provide dish rags.

Accommodations met our needs.

This home is a beautiful home and came with lots of appliances (i.e. pots, utensils etc.). The home just needs paint touch up in certain areas of the home, hence my 3 star in the property clean section. The management company was very responsive and polite. We would definitely stay here again!

Well equipped 4bdrm/3.5bth end-unit townhouse with ample room. Love that the garage was included. Rapid, same-day service on one small issue. Rem, at Excellent Vacation Homes is courteous and very helpful. Grocery store (Publix), great breakfast (First Watch) and delicious dinner (Miller Ale House) all nearby. We would defiantly stay here again.

This was our first home rental, I can only compare it to a two bedroom time share. Definitely loved the space, quiet, and privacy. Locale was great with nearby groceries, food, gas, and access to the parks. Would totally stay again. Rental company was quick to respond to our concerns. The things I noticed were missing are what I took for granted in a timeshare - no laundry basket, no kitchen towels or sponge, the worlds oldest vacuum, and old outdoor furniture overlooking a parking lot. The interior was fantastic though! Comfortable and clean. Priority.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely nice and was just as pictured in the ads. Although we noted some shortages in some kitchen necessities, this was quickly and professionally rectified.

We had a great time, the house was clean and comfortable, almost have everything you need for your stay.
