This is our 2nd time staying at this home. We LOVED it again! Our grown kids came down and stayed for some of our stay. They completely loved the pool! We were able to have 6 adults and a teenager comfortably in the house and including having a &#x2018;home office&#x2019; set up.<br/><br/>As always the service from the staff is incredible and I look forward to staying with Excellent Vacation Homes in the future!

This Villa is in a secure gated very quiet community and in an excellent location for getting around and to all attractions. The Villa itself was spacious and the pool was beyond our wildest dreams and much better in real life. There was a couple of slight issues with the property it was a bit dated inside, upgrades are needed to furniture and appliances. It was short of lining but Rem was brilliant and got some delivered to us within 48hrs. The bedrooms were great however one room did have dead bugs among the bedsheets and Dentifloss was found on the floor in the same room. Other than these little issues we was very happy with the Villa and would recommend and would happily stay there again in the future.

Excellent vacation home always makes my trip perfect! I use their services every year and I'm never disappointed. REM is very accommodating kind and helpful. He is the best!

Main problem, besides uncomfortable furniture, a freezer that did not freeze,a stove that you could not change the temperature on, was the fact that the pool area was infested with red ants. Pest control did come but ants are under the surrounding bricks and they could not be killed. Ants also got in pool water and everyone suffered ant bites. We also had problem with pool heat not working correctly for 19 days. Our disabled Vietnam Veteran that suffers from pulmonary fibrosis was not abld to enjoy pool or spa! Would not rent again.

The only good thing I have to say is the property manager was nice and quick to respond!

My stay with my family was good , I was expecting it to be clean . The garage had trash . The pool table cover was on the floor . Missing things from kitchen that are a must to have . The bedroom my children stayed in had left over oranges someone must of left. The pull out couch smelled like pee . Under the couch there was a spoon , a childrens food pouch and pacifier. I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness from this home. Although it lacked in cleanliness it was very close to parks and restaurants.

We were overall very satisfied with our stay. Management was very helpful with any problems we had. We would go back and we also, would recommend this property. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Overall the location was ok, the ceilings in the master bathroom were leaking water the entire time, the bathroom in the master bathroom was not as clean, check in was good my card was charged 35. dollars during that I was not aware of. the hot tub was not hot we were not told we had to pay a fee to get hot water in the hot tub

Everything was great. The only problem was that the kitchen was full of small roaches, we were constantly killing them and washing down counters, throwing away bread, etc. Other than the roaches, the home was wonderful. We will be renting again.

House had plenty of rooms and parking for our 4 cars. Very close to entrance gate but in isolated area with 3 houses around cul-de-sac. Location is bit away from attractions taking local roads, as I4 exit is very backed up getting on or off. Excellent Vacation maintenance responded quickly to couple plumbing and cable TV service issues at beginning which made rest of stay much more enjoyable. Furniture is a little dated but comfortable enough for large group. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates and more pots and pans than others we've stayed in. Pool area was extra large with room for chairs around all sides and outdoor eating area which was nice. Would easily stay here again.

I was a little disappointed with our vacation home. It was a beautiful property with a large pool, but it&#x2019;s no trouble to see that it&#x2019;s been well used. Carpets need replacing, walls need a fresh coat of paint and baseboards need a good cleaning. Overall, it needs a good professional clean. And some dishes that was in the cupboards were dirty I&#x2019;m guessing from previous occupants. But beds were very comfortable and clean. And it&#x2019;s a great location.

As soon as we opened the door of the house you could see that the house wasn&#x2019;t clean properly. The floor as soon as you open the door was full of dry leaves and dirt. The carpet was disgusting, you could see long hairs on it, so no one vacuumed it and also it had stains all over. None of the locks on the bathrooms and some of the rooms worked. The two toilets upstairs were clogged and one of the tubs upstairs was clogged and still had water from the previous guests that didn&#x2019;t drained ( that shows you that the cleaning crew didn&#x2019;t wash the tubs, because they didn&#x2019;t noticed that that one was full of water) one of the tubs downstairs still had pubic hairs. None of the sheets were clean. Not even one! You could tell that they were slept on and they just left them on. We all went to Walmart and bought new sheets that we put on the beds and we bought cleaning products and had to wash the bathrooms really late that night. Two of the kids that were staying at the house suffer from asthma and we had to take them out of the house that late at night because the smell of bleach was affecting them. The day that we checked out, the cleaning crew got there while we were still there, and my sister in law saw them take the DIRTY sheets from the bed to the dryer. They didn&#x2019;t wash them. Also we got a set keys locked inside of a car so we were there for over an hour after the check out time waiting for a locksmith, and the cleaning crew was out of the house in less than 45 minutes. You DO NOT clean a house that big in 45 minutes. I know that because my sister and I own a cleaning company. Also the ceiling fans were so dirty the dirt on them was like 2 inches think. The glass doors to the patio were so disgusting. Honestly, I personally wouldn&#x2019;t rent a house with you guys again. I think I&#x2019;m speaking for every person that stayed there this past weekend.

The house was perfect for our vacation! It was roomy and really had everything you need. The pool is the best part of this vacation home. It&#x2019;s big and we were in it every single day for most of the day. The house is in a great location, within minutes from stores and restaurants. The house is a little out dated but it was very clean and provided us what we needed for a week stay! We had 9 people with us and not one had a complaint about the home. One of the screens above the pool flung off during a quick storm and they had someone out the next day to fix it. There was some issues with the garbage being left for a few weeks but as soon as we called about it they told us not to worry. I would highly recommend this home. It might not be up to date with the latest furniture but for a vacation home it was perfect.

This place fit all of our needs. 12 family came to FL for my Capella Graduation. we we're reluctant due to location. However, this place was awesome. The location was well lit, and spacious for an age group or 40_50 yr olds. I would definitely rent from excellent vacations

Overall the home was decent. Carpet needs replacing and well as painting of walls. Freezer leaked water. Dining room chairs were dirty. Really needs a furniture update and carpet replacement.

This was a beautiful 6 bedroom house in a small gated community on a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a large pool and is 1.3 miles from Publix, CVS and other stores. Disney was close by. The house had plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay there and were very comfortable. The property management team were wonderful and extremely helpful.

The house was ok, very spacious and accommodating, enjoyed our stay, but the dining room chairs are dirty and you&#x2019;re really taking your chances sitting in them, they need to be replaced, carpet needs to be replaced, lots of in master off the living room didn&#x2019;t work at all, shower head in the master bath needs to be replaced, refrigerator leaked water, I&#x2019;m not a bug person so when I saw a few roaches in the kitchen and bathroom I completely lost it, was gonna leave but it was Thanksgiving so my husband went and bought some raid and sprayed, my grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the big loft area to play in. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, it was worth it, the spa was great. We had fun in the garage with the pool table, there is also a highchair and a stroller to use in case you need one, that was very thoughtful, overall we enjoyed our stay, but if a little more care was done in making the house more comfortable it would be a awesome house. The cleaning person Rosa does a good job cleaning, so it&#x2019;s not her fault about the maintenance or bugs. The pool area is large and everything was there to enjoy in the pool..Beware of the raccoons lurking about in the front.. So in closing, we enjoyed our holiday, the house is ok, but a little work needs to be done, invest and upgrade a little for people to enjoy your house and they will come back and the reviews will show it. I don&#x2019;t like giving negative reviews, I really liked the house but just upgrade some things and keep it well maintained.

Over all it was a good vacation home. It was in a great location. Had a great pool and spa. Close to the parks. We only had two problems during our stay, 1- the kitchen cooking equipment was below standard. 2- we had a visit from the exterminator, which we were not told about.he came in the house while people in the house were still sleeping.

We stayed at this home for 10 days as a family of eight. It definitely met our needs as far as the bedrooms, the pool, and the overall size of the house. There were a few things that needed updated like maybe some paint on the walls and the pillows need to be thrown away and replaced. Overall the house was very clean though. I love the privacy fence in the back! We would definitely return

This house is alright. It is pretty tired. Needs new carpet (I'd install hard surface all over) as it's VERY stained/dirty. The furniture is getting very tired also. One dining chair was broken, my daughter sat on one of the twin beds and the foundation broke and she's far from overweight. Possibly add more furniture in the empty loft as we didn't have enough for everyone when lounging around. The house needs more places to hang bath towels, more kitchen utensils and kitchen linens in general. They had the dining room table set and the dishes on that table were filthy. We ran them through the dishwasher. I can only guess that they didn't get washed or they're never used and have just sat on that table for an extended period of time. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth every penny. It was toasty and any spare time was spent there. We stayed at this home for the large driveway as we had to park 3 cars. I read previous reviews and it seemed they were going to fix current issues but have not. As someone who frequently uses VRBO/HomeAway type rentals my advice is to update your property. It will help in getting people to come back. I would only recommend if the property was updated. There are just so many others to choose from in the same price range.

We rent a vacation home at least once a year. This is one of the better homes that we've rented. There were plenty of household supplies. The patio was absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, the garage however needed a little more attention. Parking was easy! There were plenty of spaces for 6 cars to park. The home was perfect for our mini vacation!

We were looking for a weekend away during spring break and found this rental. The house was great. Very clean and just as pictured. All of our questions and concerns were answered very quickly. We had no problems with our stay. The location was close enough and far enough from everything. We would stay here again.

Rental experience was amazing. Super easy booking and wonderful contact with the management company. Once we got to the house it was exactly what we were looking for. Large and roomy and had a super nice pool. Perfect for our family vacation and all of us to get together. Nice and relaxing and really close to everything without being right in all of the hustle and bustle. The house was very clean. Carpet was a bit worn but clean so it was fine. Everything you need under one roof. Felt very safe and secure with the security system. Will definitely stay here again next year with our family. Nice quiet area and gated community without to many houses in it.

Loved it. Tons of space for our family of 11 and super sized pool (beats any of the smaller plunge size pools we have seen before). House was very clean and management compnay was very helpful when we lost internet for a few hours. Would definitely stay again.

We had family and friends from North and South Florida. The location was very accessible to Parks and restaurants. The home met our expectations. The home was nicely appointed with multiple sets of dishes but cooking utensils such as baking dishes was sparse. A gas grill would have been nice also.
