Florida vacation to golf in area

Kitchen well stocked and met our needs. We added the extra fee for pool heat and it was worth it. We had an issue with the grill and the door lock and the company was prompt in getting back to us to resolve the issue.

More specifically, every kitchen utensil or dish was dirty. Also, all frying pans no longer had coating which made cooking problematic. It would’ve been a great addition to have a game room in the garage (most rentals have this feature) and a barbecue free of charge.

We only had one small problem and that was with the coffee maker. It stopped working on our 6th day there, I called and within hours they had a new coffee maker dropped off. The house was clean and they provided a good selection of things needed in the kitchen.

We will definitely stay here on future vacations. This property is located close to shopping, restaurants, an Emergency Room and anything else you may need. The neighborhood was very quiet.

The area was quiet and the house was nice. Air conditioning had to be set low to be able to cool the upstairs. When we called the management, they returned our calls right away and addressed any concerns we had.

The house systems were explained well but there was little information about local amenities, shops,stores and restaurants. We expected to find at least the basic supplies, ie cleaning products and an electric kettle (this we purchased and left onsite)
The house was obviously rented hard as it was a little tired and had been poorly repaired in areas. Only one of the on-site hairdryers worked out of 3.
However, the standard of cleanliness within the house fell far short of our expectations. There were dead flies and bugs on every window ledge and pink mould under the soap holder in the upstairs bathroom. Cutlery supplied had only 3 desert spoons, glad we were only a group of 3 not 6.
The windows were filthy and the excuse given of the windows were going to be cleaned after hurricane season had finished was a poor excuse.
The smell in the garage was quite rancid and the excuse given of a problem with the air conditioning did not excuse the water on the garage floor left to dry on its own rather than dry it up was inexcusable, just plain lazy.
The external pool was a godsend but not cheap to have heated. The Furnature around the pool was very old and in tatty, it all needed replacing and to only have 2 loungers was very disappointing.
All in all a nice house in a good location that could have been a great house rental. A lot more effort in the cleaning of this house between rentals is required. You get the feeling that it’s a case of charge high and spend nothing on the upkeep.
The checkout time of 10:00 AM is too early.

This house has everything to offer the open kitchen is a super plus for me where we spent most the time in. Pool was perfect and the bedrooms all had walk in closets. Very clean and private the location was seriously perfect. Publix is right down the block which was very helpful. They have a cute little convienece store in walking distance within the community. I would recommend this place to everyone because I will be back.

Spacious clean etc.the neighbourhood was quiet and clean also.we had 3 minor issues so minor I won't even mention them in fact I only contacted the property manager just so they could address it before the next guest arrive and to my surprise 3 tech's arrived within 2 hrs! Everything you need like a super wal-mart,public's even an urgent care if someone needs minor medical attention is under 10 mins away!plenty of utensils and plates and cups so don't waste your money on papergoods.frankly there is nothing negative I can say about this house!I've rented a total of 4 houses in the Orlando area and this one is by far the BEST! hope it's available next time I come to florida.

If anyone was looking for some place to stay I would recommend this community and this home. I would have like to have had the pool table/ hockey table for the kids when it rained. And we came in the middle of the week so the fee for trash I the cans was a bit much for the guest to have empty trash cans. But in all my family would come and stay here again. Awesome place to stay. Thank you for having use.

The kids enjoyed every moment of it especially the pool. There were a few minor setbacks but did not stop us from enjoying our time. When we first arrived, was unable to get in the house as the keycode was not allowing us to. But after contacting the property management office, we were good! Also one or two of the televisions did not allow us to watch cable tv and the television in the tv room had pictures but no audio. Overall it was a great experience!

The rooms were nicely sized and a surprise fold-up trundle in the master (similar to a hotel spare). The pool was beautiful and both pool and lawn service came while we were there, so we knew everything was properly maintained. Laundry worked great! Upstairs can get hot during the day, that's just2 story florida homes with one ac....we have that too with our own home in South Florida. Try to keep the blinds closed and lights off during the day. Overall, lovely stay and we would book again.

The house was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect, the pool was perfect! The gentlemen I spoke to in the office was more than helpful and accommodating. It was heartbreaking to have to leave after our 8 night stay. The only 2 things I could say about our experience here that aren't 100% positive is, the guys at the gate booth weren't really clear on which lane to come into. Just fyi, if you are coming into Remington in the evening when there is an attendant, always go to the visitor side. We were a bit confused and the guy we spoke to the day we weren't sure which lane to go in was very rude and condiscending. Also, the wifi in the house isn't the greatest. Most evenings I had some difficulty staying connected so I could upload the photos of the days events. But other than those minute things, the vacation was brilliant and I would highly recommend this house to everyone I know (I've already done that actually lol)

My Wife and I were the only renters at this time and did not venture upstairs, except to check for intruders etc.
The contract to rent the house and some of the prices, I feel, should be done depending on the amount of persons renting and what it is being rented for. We were out most of the day and came in after 9:00PM most nights.
The internet needs a signal booster as you've indicated it is high speed internet but my laptop indicated otherwise and most of the time I only received two bars as the signal strength.
The air conditioner was not cold even at 76*. The TV in the bedroom was too small, the blinds made too much noise when the fan is turned on. You indicated that cable TV was installed but the cable channels were limited or pay to watch programs for movie channels such as HBO,Stars and Cinemax (disappointed).
I am also disappointed that the garage doors were not hooked up for remote access that I could park the car inside at night.
We bought our own soap as the soap provided were the hotel kind and were two small to last us the two weeks.
I also feel a welcome gift of some bottled water would have been a nice touch.
I think we should be refunded some of the money paid for the clean up service as we did not leave the place in a mess and even washed the dishes and towels.
I am not likely to rent this home again in the future.

My only complaint with this rental, and it is fairly important, is that the kitchen cooking utensils (frying pans, broiling pans, pots, etc.) were all either very old and worn out, or dirty. We had to borrow a frying pan from a relative living nearby because all of the ones provided needed to be thrown away. Also, went to use a broiling pan and found that someone had used it to cook meat and then just put it away. Really disgusting. If whoever owns the place would replace cooking utensils, and whoever cleans would make sure they were truly clean, it would be very helpful. Also whoever cleans needs to remove all the spiders and webs in most of the rooms. The living room, as you first walk in, had one wall totally covered from ceiling to floor. This property could be something really special if these issues were tweaked a bit and brought up to code. Thanks for listening, and hopefully correctly, these few problems.

Start with a couple of rounds at Remington though, as this great course is almost literally in your villa’s backyard. There are supermarkets and dining nearby too. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom.
The villa has been furnished to a very high standard. When entering the villa you step from the hallway into the luxurious living room and dining area. Straight ahead you will find the living room with flat screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. On your left hand you will find the very spacious and well-equipped open kitchen. Next to the kitchen you will find a breakfast nook.
On the right side of the villa, near the family room you will find the Master bedroom with King Bed, flat screen TV with DVD player and a large walk-in closet plus two bonus closets. The spacious en suite bathroom has dual vanity, a large garden tub, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Near the family room you will also find the extra toilet and access to the laundry room and garage. The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Iron and ironing board are present too.
Once upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with 2 Single beds, flat screen TV and a closet. Next to this bedroom you will find the third bedroom with Queen Bed, flat screen TV and closet, plus the fourth bedroom with again 2 Single beds, and a flat screen TV. Also upstairs is the second bathroom with vanity, shower tub and toilet. All bedrooms in this villa have ceiling fans.
The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for the few colder days.
The spacious open kitchen is well fitted. It includes a full size oven, counter top microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – pretty much everything you could want in your home away from home.
From the breakfast nook or the family room, through the sliding patio doors, you have access to the inviting pool area. Enjoy breakfast ‘al fresco’ and lay down on the pool deck chairs for some late night, pool side relaxing. Pool heating is optional, at an extra cost.
