Pool heater was not working. Day 1 they said part was shipped elsewhere. Day 2 said maybe fixed over weekend. Day 6 of 11 finally confessed that part was not available. Provided a limited refund but not enough to offset the disappointment. Home was clean and at a great location.

The house was clean, was located near all parks, our pets had nice fenced place to run. The neighbourhood is family oriented , quiet. The house is nicely decorated. We stayed with our adult children. They enjoyed the stay also The stay was excellent. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful home. It was inviting and clean. The beds though were super uncomfortable.. really hard. Everyone had a hard time sleeping for our 11 day stay. Other than that— the pool was great and we had an overall good stay.

The house is older along with the furnishings, after all it is a rental. If I was staying a month or more than perhaps modern furniture/conveniences may be important,however the house is functional.
This is our second time renting here for us and our pets.
We did have some issues at the house which got addressed, I'm sure they'll be taken care of by the time of our third stay.

We we unable to use the backyard for our dog because it never got mowed for the two weeks we were there. Not sure what pest was in the grass but you couldn't walk on it at all.

Our experience was peaceful. Not being theme park people (we were there for a dog sport), we found ourselves spending most of the time at the house. The house is very spacious, the outdoor pool is lovely, quiet neighborhood. The company is extremely responsive and the customer service is excellent. I gave 4 stars for overall satisfaction because (1) the master bed is extremely firm - to the point that it was very uncomfortable and (2) I felt more the house could have better stocked - one roll of paper towels, even for 2 people, is not sufficient. The supplies included with the house was a bit sparse.

We had a nice stay! The pool was nice and so was the home. Excellent Vacation Rentals was very responsive and great to deal with. I was happy to see a Keurig in the kitchen :) The living room sofa probably should be replaced at some point due to sinking when sitting on it. Great place to stay other than that!

The proximity to the Disney entrance is what brings us back to 8065 Santee. You can be at the parking lot in 10 minutes from the driveway. The back yard is great for small dogs and the pool is nice. The house is dated and the mattresses are too firm for my liking but you can't beat the location. The property manager has always been great to work with.

Overall, pretty well equipped but only 1 teaspoon in the kitchen! Lol It is hard to keep things from “walking away” in a rental, so no big deal. Lovely neighborhood to walk, and our dogs loved it! The heated pool felt fabulous and the fenced yard was a huge bonus for us. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Just a little salt and pepper and coffee filters.
This is fine as long as I can plan ahead. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we can get out more.

Our family stayed in the home for two weeks at Christmas with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the home, space for everyone and had fun in the games room. I agree with previous reviews that the home needs updated but certainly did not affect our enjoyment. We would definitely return at another time.

My only disappointment was that we were not informed that if the temp drops below a certain degree that paying extra for the pool to be heated would do no good. The pool guy had to tell us when he came by.

We rented this home for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. It is a perfect home to rent and is convenient to a lot of shopping and restaurants. It is also only 15 minutes to Disney. The yard is fully fenced with a vinyl privacy fence and has wire and big rocks around the bottom so there are no gaps for a dog to dig under the fence. We definitely hope to rent this place again! It was absolutely perfect for us. Unlike other reviews, we found the home to be spotless clean. The only small negatives we found were the pool light was not working and there was no speed adjustment on the fan in the master bedroom. I'd also suggest maybe adding blackout shades to the master bedroom. The windows get direct sun, and that room in particular gets fairly warm during the day. It would also be nice for your guests with pets, to provide lawn maintenance and pool maintenance schedule during their stay so there is no chance of the dogs being out in the yard when someone comes by to work on the house. (This issue did not occur during our stay, but we were always very vigilant when we had our dogs out in the yard since we didn't know if someone would be coming by.) Thank you again for the wonderful stay! We hope to be back!

Home provided 4 good sized bedrooms, master with an en-suite. Queens and twins provided ample sleeping arrangements. Fenced in backyard was very convenient for dogs. Home was clean and had comfortable seating. The home is a bit dated and could use some updates but overall was very good.

Overall the house was great and the people were very accommodating . However, the cleaning job wasn’t great because one of the bathrooms smelled of urine and the other bathrooms shower had a black tinge. The garage/play room had not been swept and when a couch was pushed to get our dogs toy, it was clear that area had not been cleaned in a long time.

Perfect place to stay with our family and pet. The home was very, very, very clean. I actually walked on the floor barefooted, which i never do in rentals. Only complaint would be the ceiling fan that couldn't be turned off in one of the bedrooms. Slightly problematic since there was a cold front passing through during our stay. Great location and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful two weeks in this lovely villa, and yes going with other reviews the pool and some areas inside could perhaps do with a deeper clean once in a while if the time allows between bookings, but this is just as you do in your home, give a spring clean now and again. Overall this was a lovely villa a home from home and in fact the fridge, cooker and microwave were spotlessly clean on our arrival, I have no complaints at all.

The house was clean, had plenty of space for the 8 of us and had everything you could need for your stay. The location was excellent, just a few minutes drive to the 192 and Walmart ( these were actually within walking distance). There was also a large supermarket even closer along with a salon, and several restaurants. The drive to all of the theme parks was a dream and we could even see the Disney fireworks from the pool area. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return myself in the future.

For the most part we were very happy with our rental home. Location was great, house was spacious and beautiful and the price was very reasonable. A few suggestions wed make are to have a nice thorough cleaning done, a thicker curtain or maybe some shades on the window of the door that leads from the master bath to the back patio so that everyone on the back patio wont have to see you naked when taking a shower, better mattresses (especially in the master bedroom) and maybe atleast one decent pot and one decent pan. We went to Walmart and bought one ourselves. Everything else about the home and our stay was wonderful and the staff was amazing! If I had any questions or concerns, Kris would answer or have it taken care of right away. We will definitely use Excellent Vacation Homes again and I have already passed on the information to rent with them to other family members.

The rental was very dirty. I reported the issue when we first got there but didn’t want cleaners coming in because we had so much going on that weekend. The lights didn’t work. The fans didn’t work. The temote controls were missing. There were lizards and bugs in the bathtub. The furniture was very cheap and falling apart. It was a pretty bad experience

The house was nice but needs up grades. The beds are very hard. The pool was nice but very cool because you get no sun. This needs to be explained to renters. The grill we rented the lid feel off but was able to use. This house has to must personalized items.

If you are planning a Disney vacation or just visiting this area for other activities, for the price, I would absolutely recommend renting this house.

house pictures are accurate, pool was great, plenty of towels, house is clean, few minor things I would suggest for improvement. Other than that would recommend, had a great stay there, in nice quiet area, close to everything.

the house was great, had room for our family and extended family to come visit. the pool made it great for the kids, and made life easy for the adults.

This house was amazing! It was clean and well maintained. There were three families all together staying in the house. Each of us had our own bathroom and bedroom areas. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to Florida!

After a terrible lets get the vacation started.... we arrived at this wonderful house with the pool already heated and ready to jump in, The wonderful ladies from Vacation Rental gave excellent direction from the airport and a wonderful list of items we would probable like to pick up before arrival.. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and all things our grandchildren wanted to do. Had a book on the coffee table with helpful companies around this location to help make our stay easier. Plenty of towels. The only problem was kitchen items were a little all over the place and it had a wonderful kitchen so you had to look everywhere in order to locate items.... have already recommended this company and property to my friends. Will definitely call again.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The safety fence around the pool was great considering we had toddlers in the house. The trash bins were full when we arrived on Sunday, we put them out on Monday as instructed.
