Great place to stay! Safe area, close to groceries/restaurants/etc. Fully enclosed yard and screened pool. House is clean and well equipped. Great for traveling with small children and/or family pet.

We've rented this property on three different occasions now and will rent again. The house is in a great location, has ample space for our family to spread out, nice pool, and protected yard for our dog.

This is our second vacation week staying in this house in less than a year. We loved it because everything works, it is well maintained and the location is ideal for us. We don't need a location near the theme parks or all the congestion of Kissimmee so this home is East of all that but close to some of our family that live near it. We had no problems at all with anything and although it was still too cool to use the pool, our daughter and son-in-law did enjoy dipping their feet in it on a visit. The fenced-in back yard is larger than most of the other rentals we have used with plenty of room for our pug to run around in and for me to erect a small ham radio antenna. Lord willing, we probably will be back again in the not too distant future.

We spent a week in this beautiful home. Everything was set up perfectly and the house, pool and yard were all spotlessly clean. The location was great since our family lives nearby in Saint Cloud so we come down to visit them and not the theme parks so we avoided the congestion and traffic lights of Kissimmee with this location.

This house is clean, has plenty of room, and is conveniently located near shopping centers and grocery stores. We discovered that the house is actually much larger than it looks in the pictures. It is an older house and well used, but the AC and all the appliances work great; however, bring extra towels if you have a full house. Pool is completely enclosed. Fence is old in spots and has small gaps, so you may need something to block the exit of small dogs (we used removable animal fence barriers from Amazon), but the fence completely encloses back yard, which seems to be rare in this area. Communication with manager was excellent and handled battery issue with alarm within hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately it was Thursday before the holiday weekend and by the time this was offered and nothing was available. So we had to stay or be in a hotel. There was 6 of us plus a large dog, so a hotel wasn't an option.
It seems this property had not been used in a long period of time prior to us. Garbage can was almost full and rotting by the time we checked in.

Now onto the property itself:
Pro:
Close to groceries, walmart, liquor, and the highway.
Can accommodate 2 normal and 4 “light” size adults + a pet.
Cons:
Pool is in terrible condition. Mold along the inside edge and the pool deck is in very poor condition (use caution). I would not recommend going underwater if you value your health. Pool screen allows bugs and small critters in and is very rusty. Be careful when near it.
Property condition as a whole has been neglected by the owner.
All appliances are in very poor condition and falling apart.
Paint is chipping off walls and trim throughout the house inside and out.
Not to mention (no control of the owner or EVH), the neighbor has security cameras in the back corner of their house that could be overlooking this backyard and pool area. Creepy! Not too mention not very friendly.
We will not be back to this property if you paid us. It should be pulled off all sites until it is completely renovated. Very dangerous and unsanitary.
Renter beware, spend a little more per night and get a better quality property.

The instructions were clear on how to enter/exit/check out of the house. Overall, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay! We would recommend & would stay here again!

The screen on the pool was ripped and popped out in one section when we arrived and the crew came to fix it unannounced during the week, thankfully while we were there. The layout and the amenities are accurate to the description.

The blue shag carpet in the main bedroom was dirty and smelled, and the master shower had little to water pressure. The rest of the place was in prime form. Some simple maintenance would fix a lot of the issues.
We never had to contact the management so we saw that as a great sign!
The neighborhood is mostly lived in, not vacation rentals, the cops were at the neighbors twice while we were there.
I would stay here again, the dogs enjoyed the place and it really is 20 mins to Disney and Universal. We went for the dog show, so our dogs were the priority.

My family and I recently stayed here over spring break. The home was very clean and the kids loved the pool. The enclosed yard was great for my dog while we were at the theme parks. The mattresses could use updating. The master bed was very hard. The shower faucets in both bathrooms are switched so the hot water is on the cold setting. The kitchen could use some updated cookware especially a pizza pan. There were places nearby where we could get supplies which was nice.

The home size and location was perfect. The pool was wonderful for the kids. Only thing I would suggest is the owner should upgrade on the mattresses, pillows and beddin, utensils etc but they were clean. The sliding doors need some WD40, a bit hard to open. Overall it was a good stay.

I saw the pictures of the outdated decor when I booked and I knew it was a decent price. Since decor does not bother me, I booked the house. I was not prepared, however, for old, rickety beds and an ant problem in the kitchen.
I will say the service people were prompt and nice when we had trouble getting hot water in the showers. The pool is also great and made it worth it (I guess,but I wont book this house again). My vacation could have been more excellent had they invested in new beds (one bed literally flipped up if you sat on the end) and linens for comfort. Additionally, we could tell they knew of the ants, as the house smelled like baby powder mixed with bug spray, so that was annoying. Only one of the sliding glass doors worked well enough to use and it was still tough to open and close.
I could take outdated decor, even cobwebs and walls that need painted, but please give me a good bed and fluffy towel.

The house is homey and comfortable. It’s in a residential community with local residents around u so if u plan on partying this is not the house for u. I just rented this property for 14 days and as soon as we got to the property the pool water looked a little mirky, by the 3-4 day the pool was full of algae and I had to call the company so they can send a tech to clean the pool, the tech came by and he said the pool was service but we need to wait 24 hours to use it, the pumps were not working, the pool water now was turning green and we had to call the company again to have the tech come by in 2 days to service the pool again, the tech service the pool and we had to wait another 1-2 days for the water to be safe for us to use it, we ended up renting a hotel room just to use the pool, I reach out to the manager to see if they can give us a partial refund and they never answer my emails, not worth the experience and the troubles.

The home is outdated. The home is close to Disney and is in a older neighborhood but a safe location. The screen over the pool needs screens replaced in order to keep the bugs out of the pool. The property management company did a great job in trying to fix any issues with the property during my stay. Would not stay at the home again unless updated and repairs done.

Decent rental for the price. With it being hot during our stay it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in all three bedrooms since we were limited on how low we could set the A/C and warned of the possibility of the A/C freezing up if set below 75. Called the office with a question, but never heard back. Luckily my son found the folder with the house instructions. With the trash being picked up early in the week and our departure on the weekend we had to search for somewhere to dump an extra trash bag otherwise being charged for having it in the house. Small pool in the back yard was nice, but next time I will spend extra $$ on a nicer condo as our family did in prior years. Thank you for the rental.

I just rented this property for 14 days and as soon as we got to the property the pool water looked a little mirky, by the 3-4 day the pool was full of algae and I had to call the company so they can send a tech to clean the pool, the tech came by and he said the pool was service but we need to wait 24 hours to use it, the pumps were not working, the pool water now was turning green and we had to call the company again to have the tech come by in 2 days to service the pool again, the tech service the pool and we had to wait another 1-2 days for the water to be safe for us to use it, we ended up renting a hotel room just to use the pool, I reach out to the manager to see if they can give us a partial refund and they never answer my emails, not worth the experience and the troubles.

The carpet is coming up by all the sliding doors, the big sliding door in the living room is extremely hard to open and close, the garage smelled like cat pee , the pool is not taken care of there was green algae/dirt on the sides of the pool could not swim and enjoy the pool, when they came out to put the recycle bin out they put the trash can I had to change to the corret bin. I was in all very upset with the condition of the home.

The house was great inside and we would rent it again! Me and my wife slept on the couches because the bed in tge master was very uncomfortable. The kids liked the two beds in each room. The pool was about 5 feet deep and the kids loved it. The only turn off was the neighbor who's security camera's were towards the rental next door not his own home. A 1/3 of the pool was covered by the neighbor's camera. I would not rent if you want privacy in a pool with your wife. Also the lawn is pretty brown and dirt all by the front door. All and all good for a family vacation, great Disney getaway, but for a couple wanting to enjoy the pool "i don't know". Me and my wife were looking foward to late-night swim just the two of us but not with a camera aimed towards us.

It was close to Disney and the staff was very helpful during our vacation. The only thing I would have to suggest is getting softer beds for this home. The beds were not very comfortable.

Property was very close to shopping, restaurants. The overall cleanliness of the property was not so good. The carpet was old, dirty, ripped in some sports. The kitchen had small bugs, ants all over the counter all the time.

Neighborhood is nice and neighbors are very friendly. Customer service was great and I knew if I needed anything they were there to help.
Only complaint was the yard is not fully enclosed. After reading reviews I spoke with someone and mentioned that concern specifically. I was told it was ok. There was a detached panel and also a gap between the fences that allowed my pup to take off through. Losing her and then trying to find her was not a highlight of the trip. Enclose the yard properly and you'll have repeat customers for life. We take yearly trips and would love a safe environment for our pups. Overall I was pleased with our stay and the house itself. Much better than staying at a hotel!

It was as if we were home every night. The convenience of coming back to a home setting as opposed to a hotel every day was worth the money we spent. We had restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes of our location which is ahuge plus for vacationing.

You get what you pay for. This is definitely not a posh house and won't provide any luxury experience. Having said that, we were on a budget and this place fit right in it. 20 to 30 minutes from major parks and close to freeway. The toilets seat in the common area was kind of small, the shower area of master bed was tight too. Refrigerator didn't make ice, shower had warm water when you turn the tap to cold... The air conditioner was pouring cold air in master bed and the kids room was relatively warm.

Rest all was good, remember, it is not an expensive place & that's most important for us.

When we walked in the home, it needed some repairs and a lot of updating. The couch needs cleaning. It has 3 (looks like pet stains) on it. The beds are VERY hard and uncomfortable. If you like hard beds you will be fine. We do not like to eat out very much on vacation. We expected the house to have a grill for people to cook. There was no grill. We ended up having to buy one then left it there for other renters to use. It says you are limited to 1 bag of trash. Excessive trash there will be a charge. Still have no idea how you can go a week with just one bag of trash. Plus there were no trash liners in the trash can. We had to go buy trash bags then pack them in our suitcases to bring home. The pool area was fine. But, the table outside is rusty. The back fence had fallen over. If we would have had a pet we would have had to keep it on a leash otherwise it would have gotten out. The house is conveniently located for Orlando area attractions yet neighborhood is quiet. Although it was worth the money and I will likely stay there again, there are some relatively inexpensive upgrades/repairs that would make it much nicer.

1. Add pulls/knobs on kitchen cabinets/drawers. They stick and are hard to open.
2. Add curtains in the bedrooms. Vertical blinds are NOT private.
3. Garage door opener
4. Updated instructions for alarm system and wireless internet
5. Power wash small patio off master bedroom
6. Need larger frying pan, mix master (only one beater found), and better can opener.
7. Make permanent fixes to holes in fence. I had to get chicken wire and tin snips to cover the holes so my dogs were secure in the yard.

I selected this house because it was pet friendly. My pets are all under 20 pounds. There were stains on furniture and bed skirts that were obviously made by previous occupants with much larger dogs. Since we pay extra for pet cleaning, owner/management should make sure you're getting what you pay for.

Despite all that, I would stay again. Much better than staying in a hotel with pets.

This home was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very well kept and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. It's close to shopping and all attractions. About 5 minutes from food and Walmart. The pool was a bonus staying in the heat of July in Florida. My family had a wonderful stay here.

A great House with a big pool. About the pool, it needs to have the floor of the pool cleaned, there were a lot of sand on the bottom. The Net around the pool needs some repairs, there were several holes in it. the sorroundings of the pole there were a lot of old spiderweb.
Inside there were a lot of smal insects att the coffee table.
In the kitchen it would have been nice if there were more than 2 teaspoons.
A couple of egg cups would be an improvement. and 2 wine glasses is not enough

The pool maintanece was done during the week while we were there. The home comes with all essentials- washer & dryer, dishes and cookware, linens and towels. They home was provided with starter kit of soap and detergents. We only had to purchase toilet paper and laundry detergent because we had 6 people. I would highly recommend staying here. And if I come back to Florida I will contact Excellent homes for a vacation property!

Decent rental for the price. With it being hot during our stay it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in all three bedrooms since we were limited on how low we could set the A/C and warned of the possibility of the A/C freezing up if set below 75. Called the office with a question, but never heard back. Luckily my son found the folder with the house instructions. With the trash being picked up early in the week and our departure on the weekend we had to search for somewhere to dump an extra trash bag otherwise being charged for having it in the house. Small pool in the back yard was nice, but next time I will spend extra $$ on a nicer condo as our family did in prior years. Thank you for the rental.

The home is outdated. The home is close to Disney and is in a older neighborhood but a safe location. The screen over the pool needs screens replaced in order to keep the bugs out of the pool. The property management company did a great job in trying to fix any issues with the property during my stay. Would not stay at the home again unless updated and repairs done.

Enjoyed the stay. Convenient neighborhood, clean house. My only complaint is the pool; which had an abundance of dead gnats (better than live ones I suppose). The house and amenities were great.
