A well equiped kitchen, may be the furniture of the kitchen has to be replaced after 25 years of duty. Bedrooms, washrooms, swimming pool and hot tub worked all fine.

Our stay was comfortable but lacked in some areas
Reviewed on 2024-12-01 by , MOUNTAIN HOME, AR, AR USAs far as cleanliness in the home and outside the house was very nice and we had a comfortable stay and my grandkids enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the water park area. Also, a light on the porch would be very nice to have so you can see when punching your code in, we had to use the flashlight on our phones.
We were very comfortable with the VRBO in general. We had the pool heated and it was at a very comfortable temperature. I've stayed at several VRBO's and this is the first one that we had to go out and purchase hand soap, dish soap and garbage bags. When we arrived there was only 1 wash cloth in each of the 4 bathrooms (we had a reservation for 8). Also, the remote control batteries in 2 of the bedrooms were dead and of course they were a special size battery so we had to run to Walmart to purchase batteries to use the bedroom light and fan. Whoever is cleaning for this house should check those to make sure they are in working order. Also when looking for a blanket (no blanket on the beds just a comforter). We found one in the game room closet and things were just thrown in there (this house could use a good cleaning out of the junk and debris in the game room). The pool table cover was ripped in several spots and the leg on the air hockey table was broke so we didn't play it as if you leaned over to unit to hit your disc the leg would fall out.<br/><br/>As far as cleanliness in the home and outside the house was very nice and we had a comfortable stay and my grandkids enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the water park area. Parking, gathering space was big and comfortable, bedrooms were good. needs help: remove carpet in bedrooms, new sliding doors, many light do not work in rec room and had to us phone lights to play air hockey, pool pump and heater are very loud and does not heat the hot tub to above luke warm, kitchen cabinets are peeling, handles on all knives were greasy.. Never used the pool as it was not heated enough even though I paid for the heat. Just needs overall updateing.
Great property for family vacation

We got to the property at 1:00am with kids and didn't have a chance to pick up any groceries. My suggestion would be to have 2-3 small complimentary bottles of water, so guests don’t have to feel rushed to run to the store and pick up things.
Another suggestion would be to add door handles to the kitchen cabinets as it was hard to open them, pulling from the sides. You can see the paint chipped away because everyone grabs them at the corners when opening.
I would absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back.

Peaceful family vacation

The house fulfilled our expectations and management was easily and quickly reachable if needed. Would be happy to revisit this house any time in the future, it provided a safe and great experience for our party of four. The furniture is a bit dated and cabinets in the kitchen have seen mileage, but this did not affect our level of satisfaction.

Multi-generational getaway

The main resort pool is a great alternative for that as it is a walk-in.

It was spacious for our needs and had plenty of bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. The pool and hot tub was wonderful, especially after a long park day. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware that made cooking easy. I would only suggest that they look into getting some new pans, as they have seen better days. It was very clean as well and the management company was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Perfect Location for Orlando Vacation

Everything was just great. Contacted the owner before choosing them to confirm that we could smoke on the patio. There was no way we were going to be renting a house where we would have to walk to the middle of the street to smoke. The Best vacation home!

We had a problem with out hot tub when we got there but the management took care of it very fast and efficiently so we could use it while on vacation. Plenty of room and things to do. The only thing I was looking for and didn't see was a skimmer for the pool - I like to clean the little bugs out.

Immediately after, it was changed. The housekeeper stated they do a quick turnaround from person to person they don't have time to thoroughly clean, which was concerning with Covid. They have people in and out. The security desk and management were good; if you want visitors, you must let security know so they get a parking pass or won't go in. On the last day, we saw many red bugs in the pool area and house, which was concerning. The sofas also had stains. I didn't make big deal because it was last day and just wanted to go. I don't think I would stay in this house again but it was an okay experience.

We were so impressed with everything about this home. Our teenagers were thrilled with the pool, hot tub, and game room (that we somehow missed when booking, so it was a nice surprise). It was clean, spacious, and very tastefully updated. The community pool/clubhouse was also very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the washer/dryer daily.<br/><br/>It was also super convenient to both Disney and Universal. We plan to return again.

Our family enjoyed this home for a number of reasons. The layout and space allowed everybody time to be together but also to have personal space. We loved the private pool and enjoyed our evenings outside in the screened in patio. The decor and quality of the furnishings was nice, festive and comfortable.<br/>We also enjoyed the community pool in the small market.<br/>Management was very responsive when we messaged them and we appreciated their flexibility. <br/>

Property was clean and well maintained. We did not need to call customer service. I would recommend this home to families with children and adults travelling together and would be happy to rent it again. We like to go to Bruno's and Charley's when down in the area. Cheddars from Scratch is a new place which we tried and enjoyed as well. Great onion rings and the croissants they give you upon seating are worth the trip alone.<br/>

The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and serveware. We did not heat the pool or hot tub, but found both enjoyable nonetheless. The house comfortably held 6 adults and 2 young kids. The best part was the location! Minutes to Disney and right down the street from Walmart and TONS of restaurants, super convenient! The on-site water park was fun for our 5 year old (and my husband and I too!) and we had our own private screening at the on-site movie theater. The rental company was more than accommodating for an early check-in. Only complaint, I wish the showers had a little more water pressure. But overall, a great house where lots of fun family memories were made!

The four bedrooms with connecting bathrooms were very well decorated and gave everybody a lot of privacy. The community pool with water slides was so much fun for the kids. The location of Windsor Hills is superb, close to Disney, Walmart and other shops.

We have a 4 year old and was happy to find we could still sit on the patio with the pool closed off(the netted barrier). The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. There is even baby equipment (pack n play, highchair, stroller) that isn't advertised or shown. The community pool is amazing. Overall, we loved the property. 15 mins from the driveway to the parking lots of the Disney Parks. We can't wait to visit again.

The House (SUNSHINE DREAMS)was outstanding - clean very and close to all resort amenities. This resort is in an exceptional area if your doing parks, restaurants and shopping. The resort pool and gym however are way to small for the amount of people there. Saying it was overcrowded is an understatement, you cannot swim in the pool or do a workout unless you are there at the crack of dawn. If you are not interested in the resort pool or the fitness room this property has everything you need.
