With 2 King bedrooms (on left hand side of the house, one overlooking the pool area, the other one overlooking the front lawn), 1 Queen bedroom (on left hand side of the house) and 1 Twin bedroom (on right side of the house), there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or to just relax and stay in. The dining room offers plenty of space to visit and enjoy meals together. The bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances and is equipped with all the comforts of home. There is also a full-size washer and dryer. Iron board and iron are present too.

This rental was perfect for us. We did all 3 races at Disney and needed the pool and hot tub to relax and recharge for the next day. The beds are very comfortable and the place was clean. Be aware, you will need to bring your own trash bags and dish soap but they really had everything else. Our only issue was the pool was very dirty. We didn’t have anything to clean it with but we just made do.

Also, there is a skimmer net present in the pool area, allowing you to do a quick skimming of the water surface, removing most of any little dust particles or tiny bugs that may be found floating on the pool in the early morning. excellent vacation villas with easily fills up with 8. Nearby all major attraction parks in the middle of the Orlando area.
Despite the villa is exclusive to stay the maintenance of this villa goes down a little bit. Refurbishment of the kitchen is adviced in the next 2 years to keep it under excellent condition. Minor broken kitchen articles were replaced quickly by the property manager.

We were very comfortable with the VRBO in general. We had the pool heated and it was at a very comfortable temperature. I've stayed at several VRBO's and this is the first one that we had to go out and purchase hand soap, dish soap and garbage bags. When we arrived there was only 1 wash cloth in each of the 4 bathrooms (we had a reservation for 8). Also, the remote control batteries in 2 of the bedrooms were dead and of course they were a special size battery so we had to run to Walmart to purchase batteries to use the bedroom light and fan. Whoever is cleaning for this house should check those to make sure they are in working order. Also when looking for a blanket (no blanket on the beds just a comforter). We found one in the game room closet and things were just thrown in there (this house could use a good cleaning out of the junk and debris in the game room). The pool table cover was ripped in several spots and the leg on the air hockey table was broke so we didn't play it as if you leaned over to unit to hit your disc the leg would fall out.

As far as cleanliness in the home and outside the house was very nice and we had a comfortable stay and my grandkids enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the water park area. Also, a light on the porch would be very nice to have so you can see when punching your code in, we had to use the flashlight on our phones.

There should have been at least 12 wash cloths during our stay, as that is the count we found in the linen cabinet in one of the bathrooms after your departure ;-). Spare batteries are often stored in the cabinet right above the microwave, as we know this type of concern may happen mid-stay. During your next visit, should any concern arise, please reach out to us while here, so we can assist with these things right away. We are just a quick call or text message away. The air hockey table was repaired following your stay, just had not been spotted prior to your arrival as being wobbly. Thank you again, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

A wonderful stay again, must be over 15 times we visited this vacation villa. A well equiped kitchen, may be the furniture of the kitchen has to be replaced after 25 years of duty. Bedrooms, washrooms, swimming pool and hot tub worked all fine.

Great place and location. Only a 5 minute walk to the main pool. Pool/hot tub area was very nice but it doesn't get much direct sunlight because of the trees. That was the only drawback.

A lovely vocational rental close to the disney area. Happy to be here again. The property was clean but the maintenance was a little disappointing this time. The dishwasher broke up, and their was more maintenance around the pool then regular.

Peaceful 11 day vacation well spent! This was our third time renting with EVH and the high level of standard is well kept for this 10 year era. The house fulfilled our expectations and management was easily and quickly reachable if needed. Would be happy to revisit this house any time in the future, it provided a safe and great experience for our party of four. The furniture is a bit dated and cabinets in the kitchen have seen mileage, but this did not affect our level of satisfaction.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and kids loved the pool. Although the clubhouse is great, we loved staying in and enjoying our own pool.
We had a little issue with wifi and the management company was quick to reply and try to resolve the issue.
We got to the property at 1:00am with kids and didn't have a chance to pick up any groceries. My suggestion would be to have 2-3 small complimentary bottles of water, so guests don’t have to feel rushed to run to the store and pick up things.
Another suggestion would be to add door handles to the kitchen cabinets as it was hard to open them, pulling from the sides. You can see the paint chipped away because everyone grabs them at the corners when opening.
I would absolutely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back.

First the good. Parking, gathering space was big and comfortable, bedrooms were good. needs help: remove carpet in bedrooms, new sliding doors, many light do not work in rec room and had to us phone lights to play air hockey, pool pump and heater are very loud and does not heat the hot tub to above luke warm, kitchen cabinets are peeling, handles on all knives were greasy.. Never used the pool as it was not heated enough even though I paid for the heat. Just needs overall updateing.

Really wish you would have messaged us while here, as the hot tub will have bubbled, yet will not have heated up, due to your party having opted out of the optional pool and hot tub heating. Would have been an easy fix by calling us and adding this to your stay right then. AC wise, following your review we noticed that a previous guest must have slightly adjusted the ceiling vents in a few of the rooms (probably not used by them), limiting the flow to those bedrooms, yet increasing to the other bedrooms. We strive for all stays to be a 5-star experience, and sometimes that means we are asked to stop by to address a concern during a guest's stay, which is what we are here for. We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s close to the parks and to grocery stores. It was spacious for our needs and had plenty of bathrooms for getting ready in the morning. The pool and hot tub was wonderful, especially after a long park day. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware that made cooking easy. I would only suggest that they look into getting some new pans, as they have seen better days. It was very clean as well and the management company was very friendly and helpful when I had questions. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

The house was nice but needed significant TLC. The first day we arrived, I realized there was poop on the shower curtain from the Star Wars room. Immediately after, it was changed. The housekeeper stated they do a quick turnaround from person to person they don't have time to thoroughly clean, which was concerning with Covid. They have people in and out. The security desk and management were good; if you want visitors, you must let security know so they get a parking pass or won't go in. On the last day, we saw many red bugs in the pool area and house, which was concerning. The sofas also had stains. I didn't make big deal because it was last day and just wanted to go. I don't think I would stay in this house again but it was an okay experience.

Everything was just great. Contacted the owner before choosing them to confirm that we could smoke on the patio. There was no way we were going to be renting a house where we would have to walk to the middle of the street to smoke. Great area right by the pool.

We did pay the $25/day for hearing the pool and hot tub. Well worth it, used both every day.

Great location. Very nice large pool club house, though we only visited once, opting for the pool at the house.

House laid out great for the 7 of us, each bedroom has it's own bath.

Everything was as stated. We love the location - we could walk to the club house or walk to the putting green, volley ball and basketball. Plenty of room and things to do. The only thing I was looking for and didn't see was a skimmer for the pool - I like to clean the little bugs out.

So close to everything. Gated community is quiet and well-kept. Check-in was a breeze; the house was beautiful and well-appointed. We paid for the heated pool and hot tub and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Our home was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location to Disney Parks, shopping and Grocery stores! We had a problem with out hot tub when we got there but the management took care of it very fast and efficiently so we could use it while on vacation. I will definitely come back to this property because of the great service and beautiful home. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was great! Location was close to everything we needed. There was plenty of room and we had everything we needed. We would stay again!
The only minor issue that we had is that there is no ladder/handrail to get in and out of the pool which proved to be a little challenging for the older vacationers on our trip but we managed ok. The main resort pool is a great alternative for that as it is a walk-in.

Spacious, clean, luxurious vacation home. The terrace with swimming pool and jacuzzi was wonderful. Game room was greatly appreciated by our teenage boys. We would most definitely return here in the future :)

I have stayed at Windsor Hills Resort at least 10 times in the last 15 years. The House (SUNSHINE DREAMS)was outstanding - clean very and close to all resort amenities. This resort is in an exceptional area if your doing parks, restaurants and shopping. The resort pool and gym however are way to small for the amount of people there. Saying it was overcrowded is an understatement, you cannot swim in the pool or do a workout unless you are there at the crack of dawn. If you are not interested in the resort pool or the fitness room this property has everything you need.

We had a really nice stay at Sunshine Dreams! My kiddos enjoyed the game room and were surprised to find a PlayStation! We have a 4 year old and was happy to find we could still sit on the patio with the pool closed off(the netted barrier). The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped. There is even baby equipment (pack n play, highchair, stroller) that isn't advertised or shown. The community pool is amazing. Overall, we loved the property. 15 mins from the driveway to the parking lots of the Disney Parks. We can't wait to visit again.

We loved the house with our private pool and hot-tub. The four bedrooms with connecting bathrooms were very well decorated and gave everybody a lot of privacy. The community pool with water slides was so much fun for the kids. The location of Windsor Hills is superb, close to Disney, Walmart and other shops.

We stayed at Sunshine Dreams October 2019. The property was clean and comfortable with ample linens. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, and serveware. We did not heat the pool or hot tub, but found both enjoyable nonetheless. The house comfortably held 6 adults and 2 young kids. The best part was the location! Minutes to Disney and right down the street from Walmart and TONS of restaurants, super convenient! The on-site water park was fun for our 5 year old (and my husband and I too!) and we had our own private screening at the on-site movie theater. The rental company was more than accommodating for an early check-in. Only complaint, I wish the showers had a little more water pressure. But overall, a great house where lots of fun family memories were made!

The home was very clean, spacious and very welcoming for my husband and daughter’s family of two young boys.
The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware and pots, so eating in was very enjoyable.
The pool was very lovely too, clean and well maintained.
We would definitely return.
What made it even better was the excellent service the property manger did.
Whenever we called with a question, they were there for us promptly and courteously.

Beautiful home, great location and community with great amenities. Property pictures and description matched what was online. Property was clean and well maintained. We did not need to call customer service. I would recommend this home to families with children and adults travelling together and would be happy to rent it again. We like to go to Bruno's and Charley's when down in the area. Cheddars from Scratch is a new place which we tried and enjoyed as well. Great onion rings and the croissants they give you upon seating are worth the trip alone.

We had a fantastic experience. The reservation team was very good to work with. The house was everything they promised and more. Everything was clean and well maintained. The private pool as well as the resort pool were perfect for the kids. The gameroom at the home helped entertain the family when it was raining. We will definitely return.

We were so impressed with everything about this home. Our teenagers were thrilled with the pool, hot tub, and game room (that we somehow missed when booking, so it was a nice surprise). It was clean, spacious, and very tastefully updated. The community pool/clubhouse was also very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the washer/dryer daily.

It was also super convenient to both Disney and Universal. We plan to return again.

Our family enjoyed this home for a number of reasons. The layout and space allowed everybody time to be together but also to have personal space. We loved the private pool and enjoyed our evenings outside in the screened in patio. The decor and quality of the furnishings was nice, festive and comfortable.
We also enjoyed the community pool in the small market.
Management was very responsive when we messaged them and we appreciated their flexibility.
