Wonderful 6 bedroom, 5 and a half bathroom vacation home with lake view, hot tub (pool heat optional), free Wi-Fi, 6 medium to large flat screen TVs, game room with air hockey, foosball and billiard. In gated community Aviana, with great resort amenities, including swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, sand volleyball, children's playground and putting green. This excellent vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen, a Master bedroom downstairs with King bed and en suite master bathroom. Upstairs there are another 3 Queen bedrooms with each their own en suite bathroom, plus 2 more bedrooms with 2 Twin beds each and their shared bathroom. Plenty space for up to 12 guests to make the best of your Florida visit!

The furniture had stains on the dining room table on the dining room. Chairs on the sofa in the master bedroom. There was a poop stain on the floor.

The property was exactly as described and the location was great! Was very easy to drive to Disney World, Sea World and Universal. Rem from Excellent Vacation Homes was great to work with. We originally were to visit in July of 2020 but had to move our dates due to COVID. Rem answered all my questions quickly and made me at ease with the changes. There is plenty of space in the house and the beds were very comfortable. The community where the house is located is very clean, quiet and we felt safe. Grocery shopping at Plublix is less than a 5 minute drive. Which was very nice! High recommed Excellent Vacation Homes and this house rental.

The spacious home had plenty of room for my family of 12. It was well equipped to accommodate all of our needs. Only 2 concerns:1 the very loud washer needs to be replaced. It didn't spin the excess water from our clothes which caused the drying to be a long tedious task. 2ndly trash pickup up was only 1 time during our week stay which made disposing of trash of 12 people in a week's span made it difficult and inconvenient. Every thing else was excellent and we enjoyed all the accommodations. Gameroom needs some kind of air. It was too hot in June to use.

We had such a great family time. The house was amazing, very confortable and with different spaces for each member of the family. The location was nice. Davenport is very calm and at the same time it is near many points of interest for going shopping, to the parks and restaurants.
The service of EVH was taking their words: Excellent! Rem was very attentive in colaborating all the time. We’ll definitely go back.

We rented the house as an alternative to trying to put 9 people in a hotel. We went up to Disney, Universal, and over to Cocoa Beach. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and convenient to the highways. The property management responded very quickly to my inquires. The private pool & hot tube were wonderful; having the hot tub jets on the outside timer, and the pool lights on the timer right inside was nice. We ordered from Hungry Howies Pizza, because my partner was familiar, but we did not realize it is in the little gas station like right around the corner; they will deliver to the house, and the stuffed crust is very good.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. Good quiet location. Easy access to interstate. There were a few things that need addressing. The couch in the TV area had issues with the leather flaking off to the point that it was sticking to our cloths and making us not want to sit on it at all. The pool table leg was broken, therefore we were advised not to use it. There were no paddles for the ping pong table. Pans in the kitchen were dirty and had to be scrubbed on prior to using. No mixing bowels, we had to us pots to mix things. There was a live bug found in the sheets of the master bedroom. Ice maker was frozen up.

The community was clean, safe and quiet. The property exceeded our expectations. Would defintely use it again. Couple of updates o the amenities... the irons and sofa need to be replaced ( that's a quick fix). Also a suggestion that the kitchen should have dish washing soap , salt and pepper for the guest otherwise it was great!

The home was fabulous and tastefully furnished. Only thing - the iron provided doesn't work so it needs to be replaced. And the photos shows all bedrooms have a TV, however one of the twin bedrooms does not.

Pool heating is necessary in order for the hot tub to work which I ordered upfront, didn't work for the first few days until it was repaired and they were helpful and refunded the lost days. Property could use a better cleaning - top of refrigerator was very dusty as was the main window and tv armoire in the living room. Lots of scuff marks on walls, etc as well.

We really enjoy the property. This is a beautiful house with an spectacular view to a lake and a forest. However, the house needs an exterior cleaning (a lot of ants and web spiders) and new paint and carpet at the stairs area. I suggest to the owner to pay attention to the stairs area. You know as soon as you open the door is the first think that you see and it's not giving a good impression.

The vacation home on Rubino Dr. was very nice. My family enjoyed all of the accommodations of this home to the fullest extent of our vacation. Plenty of room for my family of 13 .The home was clean ,well stocked with most of Kitchen appliances that are a must have. Plenty of towels were provided also. The pool upon our arrival needed attention I called the next day and the pool guy was sent right out. Management was very nice and helped with everything I needed. My only negative thing I would say is more tissue is needed in the bathrooms, other than that I would recommend this home and stay here again.

The house is beautiful and it was spacious for my family and I. The problem the cleanliness. Linens in two of the rooms were dirty. The towels that hang in a bathroom were dirty and used. I had to go out and buy towela. The window sills they have high windows that are full of dirt and dust which is terrible for the children with allergies.I had to call someone about the pool because the pool was dirty but then the manager was very helpful and sent a pool guy out the next day. The management was very helpful about my concerns but the house really needs some TLC the walls are scratched up. The pool screen that separates the table from the pool was bent up and we had to go borrow a pool net from neighbors. With a few touch ups and better cleaning it would have been A1.I had to stay a few more hours because of my flight and I was allowed to stay for $10 a hour

My family and I had a great time in the vacation rental home we stayed in. It was quiet, a safe, gated area and the house was clean. The kids especially loved the pool and the game room. I only wished it was closer to the theme parks and malls. It was a good driving distance to those areas. But I would definitely rent a home with this company again and tell others about it. So we give it two thumbs up!!!

I enjoyed this beautiful home with my family for 9 nights. It felt very comfortable for all of us, as a total of 12 person.
The managers were very kind and took very good care of us from the very beginning after booking. Thank you Kristine and Monique!!
The house was clean, everything worked properly, the kitchen has the basic supplies enough for the daily cooking, enough towels and linens, and they even left a welcome message with chocolate!
The pool was great for Florida's summer and the home's AC was flawless.
The keyless system to enter the house worked perfectly for a large group.
Very accurate description and photos. Would definitely rent again and recommend to my friends!

We had a great time staying in this home. Great location and lots of room. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have more utensils, pots and pans, and definitely a can opener. Also the refrigerator could stand to be colder. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful vacation rental. I must say, this was hands down, the best choice we have made compared to paying for hotels. This was an experience i personally wont forget and would highly recommend this rental to other family and friends. #great/bestchoice

Orlando area is always fun. We had a great vacation with friends!

Seen a lot of villa`s over the years. This was one of the biggest houses so far.

Interior is a bit dated, but everything works fine.
maybe the beds and game room needs a bit of attention.

The pool area is perfect to sit, in the evening and enjoy a few drinks with you friends and family.

My siblings and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful, clean, and spacious house. It was perfect for our annual Thanksgiving gathering and close to the area attractions. Everyone had a great time and look forward to returning next year.

I enjoyed this beautiful home with my family. It felt very comfortable for all of us. The managers were very kind and took very good care of us from the very beginning after booking. Thank you Kristine The house was clean, everything worked properly, the kitchen did not have the basic supplies when we got there but one phone call and it was taken care of super impressed enough towels and linens, and they even left a welcome message with chocolate! The pool was great for Florida's summer and the home's AC was flawless. The keyless system to enter the house worked perfectly for a large group. Very accurate description and photos. Would definitely rent again and recommend to my friends!

Recommendations: the beds on the second floor with the bathrooms need to be updated. The game room the pool table is falling apart and need to be updated as well. The hot tube has some issues were the water empty out. Issues that can be fixed.

Can't say enough about how awesome and attentive and on top of our issues the management stayed on top of it. Super excited to go back

Home was very nice and cleaned. There was plenty of room for the younger kids to run around and have fun. I would say that even though the sectional was very comfortable it needs to be replace the material was peeling off of it, other than that it's a great home and i would rent again !
